Shipping and Returns


  1. We ship UPS (United Parcel Service), so we need physical address for shipping. No PO Boxes.
  2. Once we ship to you, we will send you confirmation and tracking information so you can track a package and see the progress of your package through to delivery.
  3. Free shipping is available for all purchases over $120.00 within the continental USA.

Refunds/Returns Policy: Refunds are only for our products purchased within the past 30 days and are limited to one bottle per product.

Easy, simple, 3 steps and done.

  • If bought directly from EMSA (Equine Medical and Surgical Associates) online store:
  • Step 1: Call the office at 610-436-5174 Monday – Friday 8AM-3PM and give us your name and date of purchase.

    Step 2: We will email or mail you a completed Refund Form to put in the box with the product you are returning (return bottle and unused portion). You will make two copies of the refund form – one copy you put in the box, one copy you save for your records.

    Step 3: You will send us the box (you are responsible for shipping charges)

    We will put in a credit card refund request after we receive the box. All done!

    Note: All product returns must receive prior authorization and a completed returns form in the box to ensure that your return will be processed. We can not accept any returns without prior authorization.

    Note: Product returned without a completed for form will not be accepted for refund. We require that the return be sent within 10 days of emailing or mailing you a completed return form.

    Note: We recommend UPS, Fed X, DHL or insured mail with tracking capabilities to ensure that your return to us makes it back to our facility. EMSA is not responsible for lost, damaged, undelivered return packages by the return shipping company.

    Note: Shipping charges from the past order to you or the return of product will not be refunded to you. Refunds are only valid within 30 days of your purchase and for only one bottle per product.

  • If bought from tackshop, online store, amazon
  • End user (horse owner) return the product in its original packaging with its receipt to the reseller (where purchased) within 30 days of the purchase and that reseller will promptly forward the same to the authorized distributor with proof of refund of the purchase price to the end user.

    Note: Needs to be within 30 days of the purchase and is only valid for one bottle per product.

    Note: Refund will come from the reseller (where purchased)

    Return the product in its original packaging with receipt from store you bought it from within 30 days.
    That store will refund you if eligible.
    That store will forward receipt/product/proof of refund to distributor. Distributor will refund the store.
