Kera-Mend™ Hoof Crack and White Line Paste is a topical hoof treatment formulated to help manage hoof cracks and white line disease in horses. This antimicrobial paste contains chlorhexidine gluconate and copper sulfate to help control bacterial and fungal organisms that can contribute to hoof infections. The thick, packable formula allows it to be placed directly into hoof wall defects, cracks, or white line cavities where protection is needed.

The paste also acts as a protective barrier within the hoof structure and is often used as part of post-abscess hoof care. It can be applied prior to patching a crack or placed beneath the branch of a shoe or under pads to help maintain a cleaner hoof environment. When used as directed, Kera-Mend™ supports healthier hoof conditions and helps protect compromised areas of the hoof wall.

Hoof Preparation

Clean out the hoof crack, defect, or white line cavity thoroughly, removing all debris until the margins are firm and clean.

Application

Pack the defect, crack, or white line cavity with Kera-Mend™ Hoof Crack and White Line Paste.

Hoof Care Guidelines

The paste can be applied before patching a hoof crack or placed beneath pads or the branch of a shoe to help protect the hoof wall. For external equine use only and use as directed by your veterinarian.
