EquiShield® SB Sun Block is a topical sunscreen designed to help protect horses from sunburn while supporting overall skin health. With SPF 30 protection, the formula contains zinc oxide to help block ultraviolet rays and reduce the risk of sun damage, especially on lightly pigmented or exposed areas of the skin.

In addition to sun protection, EquiShield® SB includes chlorhexidine gluconate to provide antiseptic support and citronella oil to naturally help repel insects. Aloe vera is included to help soothe damaged or irritated skin, making this formula a practical choice for horses spending extended periods outdoors.

Before Application

Clean the skin and remove dirt or debris from the area to be treated.

Application

Apply EquiShield® SB Sun Block directly to sun-exposed or sensitive skin areas such as the nose, face, or other lightly pigmented regions.

General Guidelines

Reapply as needed during prolonged sun exposure. For external use only and avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
