EquiShield® IR Shampoo is a medicated itch-relief shampoo formulated to help manage skin irritation and inflammation in horses, dogs, and cats. The formula combines pramoxine hydrochloride and hydrocortisone to provide soothing relief from itching, redness, and flaking associated with dermatological conditions. These active ingredients help calm irritated skin while supporting overall skin comfort.

In addition to itch-relieving ingredients, the formula includes micronized colloidal oatmeal and omega-6 essential fatty acids to help moisturize and nourish the skin and coat. The gentle shampoo base creates a soothing cleansing action that helps maintain skin hydration while supporting relief from irritation. Before Application

Wet the animal’s coat thoroughly with water.

Application

Apply EquiShield® IR Shampoo and lather over the affected skin areas, gently massaging the shampoo into the coat and skin.

Rinsing & Care

Allow the shampoo to remain on the coat for 5–10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with clean water. Repeat as necessary or as directed by your veterinarian.
